3. Account Registration
To use t18, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use t18 for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; create fake or misleading testimonials; collect testimonials without proper consent from the testimonial authors; use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use our API in a way that exceeds rate limits or impairs service for other users; resell or redistribute our services without authorization.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit to t18, including testimonials, logos, and branding assets. By using our service, you grant t18 a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and translate this content as needed to provide our services. Testimonial authors retain rights to their submitted content. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent and permissions from testimonial authors.
6. Subscription and Billing
t18 offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Lifetime deals are one-time payments granting permanent access to the specified plan tier. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
7. AI Translation
t18 provides AI-powered translation of testimonials. While we strive for accuracy, AI translations may not be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing translated content displayed on your website. t18 is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated translations. Human override options are available for all translations.
8. Data Processing
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring your use of t18 complies with applicable privacy regulations, including obtaining consent from testimonial authors for data collection and public display.
9. Intellectual Property
t18 and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by t18 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and product names are trademarks of t18. You may not use these without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, t18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for subscription services. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of t18 after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
